DevFees is an online solution built by Facilitron to register projects, calculate fees, accept developer impact fee payments, and issue compliance documents.

In the state of California, school districts accept developer impact fee payments in the form a physical check handed to district staff. This creates a vacuum of time and resources as administrators must then stop what they're doing to arrange a safe drop-off, register the project, accurately calculate all fees, accept and process the payment, and then issue the Certificate of Compliance (COC). 

There is no direct cost to your district. We charge a flat 3% of total fees collected. Districts can and do pass that fee onto the developer. 

Facilitron will always follow all current (and upcoming) updates to legislation and fees. 

SB 937 changes when fees are due for low-income housing development. Starting January 1, 2025 developers can choose to pay upon the first certificate of occupancy. This would be a simple  configuration within DevFees to collect certain fees at a later date. 

There is a small payment processing fee of $0.95 per electronic payment. This can also be passed onto the developer. 

Yes! Absolutely. This is another easy configuration.
